While The Inner Truth Project continues to monitor the latest news from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) about the COVID 19, it's important to know what services are currently available for our community.

Although we have suspended all groups and activities at the center, know ITP is available during normal business hours by phone 772-200-4599 or email info@innertruthproject.org. We will also be updating and monitoring our Facebook page as well as FB messenger throughout each day at facebook.com/InnerTruthProject. We are encouraging survivors of sexual trauma and their families to connect with us and receive the support that they need especially during this time.

Continued Services Include:

-Peer support (Spanish speaking advocates available)
-Private, online support groups for survivors
-Individual therapy & teletherapy
-Weekly support groups through remote conferencing
-Community resources for survivors, their families, and loved ones

Welcome To The Inner Truth Project

About Us

The Inner Truth Project exists because there is no shame in living through any type of sexual abuse, violence or rape. We believe that speaking our truth in support of each other in a safe, caring and therapeutic environment can set us free. Focusing on the needs of survivors, The Inner Truth Project provides an environment where people can bravely share the truth about their experiences and receive the help they need to find strength, hope and health…one story at a time.

Need Immediate Help?

If you are in crisis right now - you have the power to get help. Call 911 or 1-800-656-HOPE Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network ohl.rainn.org/online or Sexual Assault Assistance Program of the Treasure Coast 1.866.828.7273 Confidential Rape Hotline. If you need help with a domestic violence situation, Safe Space of the Treasure Coast is just a phone call away 24 hours a day. (800) 500-1119 www.safespacefl.org All calls are confidential, free and secure.

We believe we are EQUAL when we can see ourselves in each other and know, just like us, we all have a story and all deserve to live with hope where there is still sexual violence.

Breaking down stereotypes and walls of silence to rebuild what can be reflected back in our community.

Equality is not a buzzword at The Inner Truth Project, it's a core value. We believe that healing and truth are formidable ingredients for personal growth and social change and that it is our responsibility to hold space for the expansion of equality for all. #Just like Me is creating a culture of equality while simultaneously changing the narrative surrounding rape myths and victim-blaming. This isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing. It empowers us to end generational violence, connect deeper with our global sisters, communicate better with our male allies and ensure the stories of all genders, faiths, nationalities, and bodies are told. We strive to create an organization for survivors that reflects the diverse communities around us where everyone feels seen, heard, valued, and empowered to heal. We have just begun to understand the depth of this work, but by sharing our stories together, we can shape a more equal healing community and world for all. #JustlikeMe

"The Inner Truth Project has helped me realize my trauma for what it really was. Once I was able to do that then I could work through my issues while being surrounded by people who really cared and understood what I was going through. This group is like a second family, they are always there for any problem that I have had or even continue to have. I do not know where I would be without the support and instruction from the Inner Truth Project!"

"I'm and very happy that the CILO program lead me to The Inner truth project as this place has saved my life in many ways. One way was finding out that I am not the only victim out there, that there are many more of us and we are all still dealing with some sort of pain. My first time at the center I was nervous but as the group went on I learned we are all here to help each other and the guidance the ladies give each other was above this world!!!"
